I had a great stay at this hotel in Sendai. The staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the shopping area. I loved the fact that I had a room with a view of the festival's fireworks, it was such a beautiful sight. The breakfast provided was also great, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. There were plenty of restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was equipped with a small fridge and multiple outlets for charging devices. it was a comfortable stay.
The room was a bit small, which might not be ideal for travelers with larger luggage. the bathroom was a bit cramped and could have been cleaner.
